2 Hour Yin Yoga at Hot 8 Yoga
In this special two hour Yin workshop, we'll have extra time to explore the deeper, untouched corners within our bodies and our minds. We'll hold poses for an extended period of time to get past muscular engagement, which allows us to access and release our connective tissue. This practice helps increase flexibility, get long-held stagnant energy moving through the body, and offers space to explore your thoughts and/or find clarity of mind. Set to candlelight.
