Emotional Resilience- Staying Steady When
Life Isn't. Nervous System Stability in Uncertain times.
Emotional Resilience- Staying Steady When Life Isn't is a
sound bath designed to support nervous system stability during times of uncertainty, change, or emotional pressure.
When life feels unpredictable the body can shift into constant alertness, making it difficult to think clearly, respond thoughtfully, or feel grounded in yourself.
Through steady, resonant tones and spacious guidance, this experience helps calm the stress response and restore a sense of inner steadiness that doesn't depend on external conditions. Rather than pushing emotions away, the sound supports your system in processing them with greater ease and balance. By the end, you'll
feel more centered, more capable of meeting life as it unfolds, and better equipped to remain steady even when life isn't. Join us at InPower Yoga for our Sound Bath &
Meditation for this sound bath (designed just for us)
April 15, 7pm. Your heart leaves filled.
What is a Sound Bath & Meditation?
It is done as a group with members either sitting or lying on the floor. The gentle healing effects of the harmonic sounds emitted by the various Tibetan Singing bowls used will create a deeper meditation and sense of relaxation. The idea is that you are bathed in sound while meditating.
You may want to bring a pillow, blanket and water for your comfort.
Dorothy Tannahill-Moran is certified in a Sound Healing program that deploys the use of tested and certified singing bowls know for very targeted, healing properties
of body, mind and soul. Few people in the US have been
through this training or possess these frequencies making this type of event a rare opportunity to receive treatment with this type of healing focus.
