Build strength, stability, and fearless focusExploring different arm balances & inversions with safe and strong foundations. In this 2 hour interactive workshop we'll explore key alignment and strength principles common to all arm balances and inversions - from downward dog to crow to handstand! By practising a range of drills and techniques, we will learn how familiar vinyasa asana can provide confidence in arm balances and inversions. Learning to get upside down and hold your own weight will fire up your practice and increase your overall mobility, balance, proprioception and mind-body connection. Guided by a heart-led and handstand-loving teacher, Rosie approaches the inversion journey with warmth, playfulness, and supportive assistance. No experience required - beginners very welcome!
