45 min Yoga Sculpt - class is designed to maximize functional core strength through dynamic power yoga taking your practice to another level with elements of weight training. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.
This class builds lean muscles through interval training which optimizes the body's metabolism, balances hormones, and enhances cellular repair. While sculpting, you'll experience cardio bursts, calisthenics and core activation moving into vinyasa yoga flow to stretch and lengthen between sets. Get ready to find your fatigue and sweat out toxins for an energizing full body workout. Ending class with deep yin stretching while cooling down into recovery with the foam roller, t spheres, yoga blocks and other self-care tools.
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, any props needed, light hand weights, towel & water (available @TW). Hydration Advised!
