Jin at Green Pineapple Yoga
Jin"s practice encompasses mindful movement, healthy habits, and natural, non-toxic living. She believes the beauty of yoga and pilates it"s about building a better, stronger relationship with oneself. She has been practicing Yoga and Pilates since 2014. The precision and controlled movements of Pilates brings form and structure, while the flow of yoga brings joy and energy. Jin is a 200-hour Registered Yoga teacher and certified Power Pilates mat teacher. Her teaching focuses on low-impact movements with controlled breathing to ensure access to everymuscle. She"s passionate about working with everyone and making clients feel good about their bodies no matter where they are on their journey. She is currently finishing her MSTOM in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.
