(In-Person) Candlelight Kundalini at GREENHEART
Honor a week's end and month's beginning by enjoying the warm atmosphere of candlelight and a mindful meditation. There will be light yoga in preparation for deep meditation and a gong-supported savasana. Come melt away tension and start a new cycle relaxed and refreshed. Classes are open to students at all levels of experience. This class is in-person and also livestreamed via ZOOM. To sign up for the livestream class, sign up for the class with (Livestream) in the class title. Please do not attend in-person classes if you are feeling any symptoms of COVID-19 or are currently under quarantine/self-isolation.
