A 45-minute drop-in class exploring the stress and joy that comes from our relationships with one another. They say “communication is key” - but what does that mean in practice? Were we ever taught how to listen deeply, speak truthfully and drop judgement? Come to this weekly class to explore what mindful communication means and how to create more meaningful connections with the people around you.
This is an open level class to people of all fitness levels/physical ability.
