90 min Stress Relief Yoga class is a gentle and relaxed yoga practice that will leave you feeling refreshed and restored. Find your ground and return to your true self. Guys and Gals - all levels welcome including beginners. Your body will benefit from gentle yoga movements, and your mind will feel at ease from the peaceful stillness. Class will incorporate a sequence of slow flow yoga, mindful stretching, guided breathwork and meditation to practice being present. Pairing with longer held yin yoga postures to allow deep stretching and closing class with supported restorative yoga postures. This class can help reset the nervous system, encourage calmness, reduce stress, and bring your body and mind into balance as you enter a state of deep restful peace. Enjoy a good night's sleep! Afterwards enjoy herbal tea, and infused water. Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat & any props needed (available at TW). Hydration Advised!
