60 min Thai Massage + Restore Yoga is a healing experience that will bring deep relaxation for the body and calmness for the mind. Guys + Gals - all levels welcome, including beginners. Relieve stress and body tension with the ancient therapeutic benefits of Thai Massage while in Restorative Yoga poses that ease your body into a restful healing state. In this mindful meditation practice, the gentle yoga poses are held for longer periods of time using props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps and towels to give you complete relaxed support so you can fully let go and experience each pose comfortably. While in each pose you will be guided through pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided meditation to allow for recovery, reflection, body awareness and deeper healing. As you rest into each restorative asana (pose), each person in the group will receive the healing benefits of Thai Massage. The slower relaxed pace of this class will bring awareness to your well-being - physically, mentally and emotionally. This practice is essential to balance an active lifestyle, relieve stress or to simply give yourself a break to decompress. Afterwards, enjoy refreshments, herbal tea and light snacks. Please wear comfortable stretchy layered clothes and bring a Yoga mat, water, towel & any props needed for comfort (available @TW). Hydration Advised!
