60 min Vin-Yin Yoga Flow - is the perfect mash-up of energetic movement and mellow vibes. You’ll kick things off with invigorating Vinyasa flows to get your body moving, then wind it all down with deep, restorative Yin postures. Think: power at the start, chill at the finish— body balance at its best! Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners!
This class combines the dynamic, warm flowing movements of Vinyasa yoga with the deep, longer-held stretches of Yin yoga, creating a balanced practice that builds strength and flexibility while promoting relaxation and introspection by targeting both the muscles and connective tissues through breath-synchronized movement and prolonged holds in seated or lying postures; ideal for all levels, allowing students to experience both an energetic flow and a meditative stillness.
Benefits include: improved flexibility and strength, deep relaxation and stress reduction, increased body awareness and mindfulness, enhanced range of motion in joints, and potential to balance the nervous system.
