Mindfulness Meditation at Common Healing
This is a 45-minute drop-in class perfect for giving yourself a calming lunch break. We will explore different mindfulness teachings and practices, including the breath, body, sound and open awareness. This class will support you in cultivating mindfulness - or non-judgemental awareness - bringing greater calm and balance to your nervous system, and enabling a clearer mind in your daily life.   This is an open level class to people of all physical fitness/ability.
