45-min Core Yoga Fusion class will transform, build and tone deep core muscles to increase overall strength and mobility. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners. Class is broken down into a series of high-intensity, Tabata based intervals and low-intensity deep yoga asanas to maximize muscle tone, structure and functionality. This is an ideal add-on workout for those looking to enhance core power and push the limits of their yoga or fitness practice. Focused breathing is synchronized with vigorous intentional movements. Awakening pelvic strength while increasing energy, circulation, and flexibility. Restorative postures at the end brings calmness and healing for the entire body. This is a great class for those wanting to strengthen the back, improve posture and lengthen the spine. Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, any props needed, towel & water (available @TW). Hydration Advised!
