45 min Stretch + Mobility class focuses on mobility training that can aid in repetitive strains, injury prevention, healing, increase joint range & improve overall strength and flexibility. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners. Let your body relax and recover as you go through a series of yoga and mobility stretches with the use of T Spheres as well as other self-care tools such as a foam roller, yoga wheel, and other varieties of yoga props. This class is ideal for those who need movement therapy, injury recovery, increased joint range of motion, restorative relaxation and mindful movement. Class is customized to the group. Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a Yoga mat, any props needed for comfort, foam roller & T Spheres optional (available at TW). Hydration Advised!
