Meditation in Motion at Common Healing
A 45-minute drop-in class to explore what being in wise and loving relationship to our body means. How can we better listen to what it’s trying to tell us and what we need? We will use non-judgemental awareness, the breath and movement (gentle stretch, mindful walking, shaking) to notice and move through any resistance or tension. The type of movements will be tailored to the unique needs of the group each week.   This is an open-level class open to people of all fitness levels/physical ability
