45 min TRX Sculpt - class fuses Power Yoga + TRX Suspension Training - feel the benefits of mobility and stretching with core strength and balance. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners.
This class is designed to increase strength, endurance & flexibility with strong yoga postures and flowing movement. The TRX suspension trainer will be used to enhance the mobility, stability, and strength in standard yoga asanas while sculpting the body. The TRX method uses your own body weight as resistance that you can increase or decrease depending on your level of challenge. Class may also incorporate hand weights, loop resistance bands, Pilates balls and yoga wheel. Each class is customized for the group and is ideal for those looking to enhance their yoga practice with core stability and strength. Ending with mindful deep stretching & restorative pose to replenish, relax and recharge your body + mind + soul.
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, water and towel (available at TW). Hydration Advised.
