45 min Inner Strength Yoga class combines the benefits of pelvic floor movements to strengthen and tone your core, waistline, and hips along with Yoga Flow to stretch, lengthen and revive your body. Everyone is welcome - all levels, including beginners!
This class brings mindful breathwork and movement allowing one to awaken their inner strength, energy, and flexibility. The focused pace allows for body awareness, movement therapy, pelvic engagement & back stability. Benefits include: improved flexibility, posture, range of motion, increased blood flow and alleviate & prevent back pain. A healthy back, spine and core creates the foundational strength the bodies need to get through the day to day. If you spend a majority of time at a desk or on your feet all day every day, you might experience substantial back and hip pain. Strengthening and stretching the back and deep inner core muscles can create full body lasting relief, making this class a great match for individuals regardless of level and ability.
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, towel, water, T Spheres & any props needed (available @TW). Hydration Advised!
