This faster paced class is great once a foundation in standing poses is established and for those who want to deepen their practice of standings, inversions, back bends, balancing, abdominal, and forward bending poses. Supported alternatives will be given for ailments, stiffness, and/or injury. The philosophy of yoga is weaved into each class. Sirsasana (head stand) and sarvangasana (shoulder-stand) are introduced with modifications and/or variations suitable to various levels.
