Hietori x Yoga: Ground & Detox at Sora Studio
今年夏天,好開心邀請到我三位好朋友陪我一起玩!她們三位都是養生派的瑜珈老師,同時是多年的排寒實踐者,我們這次一起把排寒「行動化」,策劃了多場「排寒瑜伽課 Hietori x Yoga」,將分別在香港、溫哥華以及台灣三個地區開展。 有別於一般的瑜珈課,我們特別針對身體「上涼下暖、循環啟動」,都市人大多上熱下寒,容易引起各種都市病,影響身心健康。我們將在減少冷氣的環境裏,透過強化下半身的瑜珈式子、行氣的呼吸練習、及腳部經絡拍打等,來幫助身體啟動循環,感受氣血從下而上的流動。老師們更會分享自身排寒經驗及心得,課堂教授的動作簡單而有效,參加者學會後可作為在家的日常保養。 無論您是關注身心健康、希望了解日本排寒療法的好處、或想以自然方式改善身體狀況,我們的排寒瑜珈課都非常適合您參加。 We are thrilled to announce a special class for this summer! In this summer, we've taken the concept of cold-expelling and made it actionable by planning a series of “Hietori x Yoga” classes, which will be held in Hong Kong, Vancouver, and Taiwan. All three of the instructors who will be leading the class are wellness-focused yoga instructors and longtime practitioners of warmth therapy (Hietori). 
 Unlike typical yoga classes, ours are specially designed to promote “cool upper, warm lower body” balance and activate circulation. Many urbanites suffer from heat rising and cold accumulating in the lower body, which can lead to various urban health issues and affect both physical and mental well-being. The classes will help strengthening the lower body, practice breathing exercises that promote energy flow, and lower body meridian tapping to help activate circulation. The instructors will also share their personal experiences and insights on Hietori. The movements taught in class are simple yet effective, making it easy for participants to practice at home as part of their daily wellness routine.
