Unplug and take time for self care! As the year draws to an end, set aside time to relax, reflect and restore. Unplug and engage in the practice of self care.
This workshop is intended to soothe the body, mind and soul through pranayama, gentle vinyasa flow, a restorative practice and savasana that includes chilled lavender cloths.
Students receive essential oil products to use during practice( optional) and take home!
